1. Digital Music Downloads
We sell digital music products, including downloadable audio files such as singles, albums, and related media.
1.1 Right to Cancel
Under UK law, you normally have a 14-day cancellation period for online purchases.
However, by purchasing digital content from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
delivery of digital content begins immediately after purchase, and
you consent to this immediate supply
As a result, you may lose your right to cancel once download access has been provided, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
1.2 Refunds for Digital Products
Refunds for digital music downloads will only be provided where:
the file has not been accessed or downloaded, or
the product is defective, corrupted, or not delivered
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once digital content has been successfully accessed.
2. Physical Products (Vinyl, CDs – Future Use)
This section applies only if we sell physical goods in the future.
2.1 Returns Period
You may return eligible physical goods within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK distance selling regulations.
2.2 Condition of Returns
To qualify for a return, items must:
be unused (where applicable)
be returned in original packaging where reasonably possible

sealed audio products once opened
