In collaboration with care industry leader Karen Garner, 157 UK local authorities, Gresham, and Barclays Corporate, I designed and marketed an online platform that connected care users, providers, suppliers, and health departments. It enabled effective budget management and commerce within the sector, pioneering the world’s first 'virtual credit card' — a precursor to Apple Pay and Google Pay.
